Stainless Steel BBQ Accessories

Stainless steel racks and sheet metal accessories are widely used in commercial kitchens (mostly fast-food restaurants), and residential outdoor activities (BBQ, etc.).

Different material specifications (e.g. SUS20x, SUS30x, SUS430, etc.) are used per customers' instructions. The fabrication process for SUS wire includes descaling, straightening, chambering, bending, welding, leveling, etc., for SUS sheet metal includes pressing, hydraulic stretching, bending, welding, etc. Then goes into electropolishing, passivation, or ultrasonic cleaning, then a full inspection is carried out before the product is packed and shipped.
