Leader Metal won the "Tax Contribution Award 2020" in Wuguishan town

In 2019, Marmon Group (USA) decided to exit the investment in Leader Metal based on internal strategy reviews. LeadShow succeeded in gaining ownership with a 51% share and took over the business.

In face of the challenging time with foreign investment withdrawal, the transition of mergers and acquisitions, and the pandemic, Leader Metal stood firmly and continued providing products and services to customers. In addition, Leader Metal demonstrated its promotion of social responsibility. “Tax Contribution Award 2020” meant a lot to Leader Metal given what we had been through in 2020– we thank the local government’s recognition and encouragement of Leader Metal’s overall capabilities.

Leader Metal’s CNY300K charitable donation warms the community

In 2021, Leader Metal donated CNY300,000 to Zhongshan Red Cross (the highest donation in the local town), which will be distributed to help poor families, elderly persons with no family in the local community, and invested in physical education and humanitarian assistance.

Leader Metal aims to be a “respected player and employer”, not only in the business world, but also in the corporate social responsibility area. It is our long-lasting belief and persistence.

A new journey of development

Under the new leadership from LeadShow, Leader Metal revitalized its growth:

Since the second half of 2021, Leader Metal has started building a new factory in Chuzhou, Anhui province, with a plant of over 70,000 square meters and planned annual sales of about CNY500 million. The new factory is expected to start production in the second half of 2022. Leader Metal will embark on a new journey of development.

In 2021, at the Entrepreneur Forum, President Xi Jinping gave new connotations and proposed new requirements for how to fulfill their social responsibilities:

"Only the entrepreneurs who sincerely contribute back to the society and earnestly fulfill their social responsibilities can be truly recognized by the society, and they are the entrepreneurs who meet the requirements of The Times."

LeadShow Group actively responds to the call of the Party and the country, lives up to the responsibility of enterprises, and joins in building the “Chinese dream”.
